Shipping
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during high-demand periods.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped
International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damages: Leatty Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at leattybeauty@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
- Ship your return to the address that will be provided by our team.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at leattybeauty@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
